Salon Policies

  • Need to Reschedule?

    You can reschedule your appointment at no cost if you give at least 24 hours notice. Simply make changes through the booking system.

  • Late Cancellations or Rescheduling

    For cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% fee of the service cost (up to $500) will be charged to honor the stylists’ time.

  • No-Show Policy

    If you don’t show up for your appointment, the full cost of the service will be charged. Your time is valuable, and so is ours—thank you for understanding.

  • Running Late?

    Please reach out if you’re running late. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your appointment, which may incur a 50% cancellation fee

  • Gratuity Policy

    Tips are never required but are always appreciated! You will never be asked for a tip, but if you feel that your service went above and beyond, feel free to leave a gratuity at your discretion.

  • Relevant Information Policy

    Your health and safety are a top priority! Certain health conditions, allergies, medications, or previous treatments may affect your service results or even pose risks. It is absolutely critical to inform of any relevant information during your consultation or prior to your appointment. This information allows for safe, tailored services that meet your needs.

  • Photography & Videography Policy

    Photos or videos may be documenting during your appointment to record your hair’s condition or showcase hair work on social media. If you prefer not to appear on our public platforms, just let me know. However, I may still document your hair for internal use or professional record-keeping.

  • Feeling Sick?

    Your safety matters! If you’re feeling unwell or have been exposed to an illness, please reschedule. Strict sanitation protocols are always followed, including disinfecting tools, workstations, and shared spaces regularly. Hand sanitizers are provided throughout the salon.

  • Respectful Environment Policy

    Kindness and respect make everything better! The ask is that all clients to treat the stylist and other guests courteously to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

  • Behavior Policy

    Providing a welcoming environment is important, but there is no tolerance for aggressive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward the stylist or other guests.

    • If a client becomes verbally or physically aggressive, I reserve the right to immediately stop the service, ask them to leave, and refuse future appointments.

    • Refunds will not be issued for services interrupted due to inappropriate behavior.

    Your safety and comfort are always the priority, and I will not hesitate to take action if necessary.

  • Right to Refuse Service

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment for our team or guests.

  • Refunds & Exchanges

    While confident in the services provided, I do not offer refunds for completed services. If something doesn’t feel right, let me know before you leave so I can make it right! Retail products, unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days with proof of purchase. For hair extensions purchases, all sales are final.
